A qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist (BTEC Level 5) and a member of the Sports Massage Association (the SMA).
My journey began over ten years ago when I moved to the UK to study at one of the country’s top massage schools. Since then, I’ve built a practice that brings together manual therapy skills and deep intuition.
I’ve had my own share of injuries, and that experience gave me a strong understanding of the body-mind connection. I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies—whether that means recovering from pain, releasing tension, or simply feeling more balanced day to day.
My Approach
I combine massage, soft tissue therapy, and craniosacral techniques to create treatments that are completely tailored to your needs. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, staying on top of your training as an athlete, or navigating pregnancy or postnatal changes—I aim to support your body at its optimal level. I believe the body holds a natural healing force, and with the right support and consistency, a lot is possible.
What Makes My Work Different
I bring strong sensitivity to every session—an ability to feel what’s happening beneath the surface. That’s what helps me go deeper and get results that often surprise my clients. I’m warm, a little cheeky, and always honest. I love swimming (slow but steady, like a shark!) and I’m endlessly curious about human behaviour, which helps me keep growing both as a practitioner and as a person.
What to Expect
We’ll start by discussing what’s going on for you—your needs, goals, and priorities. From there, I’ll choose the most appropriate techniques for you. Some issues may need a few sessions to fully resolve, but most people start to feel improvements within a couple of days of their first treatment.
